According to court trial documents- Statement of Facts:
Judge Munyon was the prime conspirator
Judge Munyon’s jury instructions to the jurors were a blatant violation to ensure John’s conviction.
Talley vs. State – Jury Inst. (Crim.) (g), and she gave misleading instructions.
According to the Court Trial Records, the Statement of Facts suggests that Judge Lisa T. Munyon was the prime conspirator in the false imprisonment of John Dobbs. It appears she knowingly and willfully made herself a criminal by aiding and abetting in criminal activities. I believe she used her position as presiding judge in John’s case to help the deceased wealthy family get their revenge for the death of William John Troy IV.
John was convicted of a non-existent crime; he was given life + 35 years.
It appears that Judge Lisa T. Munyon intended for John to die in prison.
